ATTENDEE WAITLIST

Data collected : Name, email address, company, message, logo
Purpose : Respond to partnership and sponsorship enquiries

We use Tally to power our forms.
By submitting a form, you consent to your data being processed as described above and stored temporarily by Tally on our behalf (see Section 5).

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Attendee waitlist
Retained until the event (December 2, 2026), then deleted within 12 months of the event date.
Speaker applications
Retained for 12 months from the date of the programme decision, then deleted.
Partner & sponsor enquiries
Retained for 24 months from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
After the applicable retention period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems and from those of our service providers, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
We work with the following processors to operate this website.
